WINE

Welcome to the Aquila Wine List, shortlisted in consecutive years and awarded ‘Highly Commended’ at the Bristol Good Food Awards.

Aquila is a family run restaurant specialising in fresh, modern Italian cuisine. The food takes it’s inspiration from the regional dishes our chefs have brought with them from Italy, and our wine list is designed with the same careful thought and attention it deserves in order to compliment our food perfectly.

Our staff are at hand to help you with any questions, pairings or selections you may need, so please feel free to ask.

Our wine list focuses primarily on Italian wines, however we do carry a selection of premium wines from around the globe which really stand up well alongside our more traditional Italian wines.

We will always endeavour to have the wines listed in stock, due to the import nature of these very specific wines this may not always be the case, and in certain instances Vintages may change depending on the supply chain or production levels.
